Its single-jointed design provides clear communication between rider and horse, while the full cheeks offer lateral guidance and keep the bit steady — especially helpful for younger or less experienced horses. This supports reliable acceptance of the bit and a consistent connection without excess complexity.

Made from stainless steel, the mouthpiece offers a cool, neutral taste that keeps the aids clear and uncomplicated, reflecting a simple, straightforward approach. Its strong, rust-free construction delivers everyday durability, giving the horse a stable, smooth feel that supports a positive contact.

The single-jointed mouthpiece creates a more direct, straightforward connection, transmitting rein aids with clarity. When the reins are taken, the joint forms a V-shape that distributes pressure over the tongue and bars. This design can suit horses with a higher palate, as the single joint sits neatly in the center of the mouth without creating excessive upward pressure toward the roof. Many horses appreciate the clear, uncomplicated feel of a single-jointed bit, especially those who prefer a bit with a more defined point of action and steady contact.

With full cheeks, the bit offers supported lateral guidance, helping the horse understand the rider’s aids with clarity and calmness. This makes it a great choice for younger or inexperienced horses, as the fixed cheeks provide gentle, reliable direction. The fixed cheeks keep the mouthpiece steady, encouraging soft chewing and a confident acceptance of the contact. This stability promotes precise rein aids and maintains a smooth, consistent connection throughout the ride.

Ideal For

horses that go best in a neutral, steady bit without extra stimulation

younger or less experienced horses who benefit from extra lateral guidance

riders who seek precision and a steady, confident connection without tension

Technical Details

Type: Full Cheek

Mouthpiece: Single jointed

Thickness options: 14 mm / 16 mm

Material: Stainless Steel

Care & Use

After each ride, rinse the bit with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.
