The product is perfectly fine but the delivery and correspondence was non existent. The item was in stock when i ordered with no wait times listed. After not hearing anything after 2 weeks i was told it would be in stock that week and posted. Another 2 weeks passed and i emailed again with the same response. Postage took 7 weeks with no explanation or applogyy
My horse is a super sensitive mare that is really reactive to her tack, I have always struggled to keep her happy with xc boots always slipping at the back (this is worsened when she goes through water) and bothering her. However, with these boots, not only are they of a really nice quality, but with the velcro straps I find that the boots are much better fitted to her legs and that they don't slip (no matter if she's been through water). She's so much happier in them and I am more confident that her legs will be protected from any knock she might get from xc.
