Replacement footbed inserts for Flex-On stirrups. Sold as a pair, they swap in easily when your existing treads are worn or when you want to change your level of grip.

Choose your insert:

  • Grip – steel-free non-slip tread. A good fit for beginners and leisure riders.
  • Ultra Grip – fitted with small steel studs for maximum grip and foot stability. The choice of the vast majority of Flex-On riders.

Choose your stirrup:

  • Safe-On / Green Composite
  • Aluminium / Hunter

Easy to fit – remove the two screws under the footbed, swap the insert and screw it back in.
