Freejump Freewax – leather cream for boots and chaps

Freewax is Freejump's own natural leather cream, made in France. It's designed for riding boots, short boots and chaps, nourishing the leather to keep it supple while waterproofing it against wet arenas and paddocks. It has a subtle caramel scent.

How to care for your boots and chaps

• Clean: remove dirt with clean water and a sponge or cloth. Never use glycerine soap on boots or chaps, as it can damage the leather.
• Nourish and waterproof: apply a small amount of Freewax regularly. Use your fingertip to work a little into the join between the leather and the sole, where water most often gets in.
• Shine: finish with a polishing cloth or brush if you want a shine.

For everyday use, care for your boots and chaps about twice a week. Alternating between two pairs also helps them last longer, giving the leather time to dry naturally between rides.
