The Acavallo Gel Half Pad With Sheepskin edge combines the non-slip and shock-proof properties of Acavallo Gel pads with a partial sheepskin coating on the lower part. The shaped Gel with which it is composed makes it thicker than a traditional pad but guarantees a dual purpose, both anti-slip and shock-absorbing.
A great strength is to avoid any unwanted movement of the saddle in any direction: forward, back, and sideways. Furthermore, the Gel can compensate for the minor imperfections of the horse's back, making it suitable for backs that are a bit more "rounded."
The pad, furthermore, is partially covered with Acavallo Sheepskin, a natural material that does not cause allergies, is very soft and delicate, and is ideally suited to prevent chafing, abrasions, and blisters. The unique feature of Gel Half Pad With Sheepskin is that it is sticky (grippy), which is why all riders love it. After washing, it gets sticky/grippy again, provided the instructions below are followed.
- Machine-washable at 30 degrees maximum or handwash under running water using a mild soap.
- Do not use harsh detergents, and do not tumble dry.
- Do not expose to direct heat or strong sunlight; allow to dry naturally.
